Versarien PLC is a United Kingdom-based advanced engineering materials company, which is engaged in developing advanced materials and processes. The Company’s segments include Thermal Products, which develops and manufactures porous copper and aluminum heat sinks; Hard Wear Products, which manufactures tungsten carbide hard wear parts, and Graphene Products, which develops graphene nano-platelets through an exfoliation process. Its Thermal Products segment manufactures thermal management solutions for industry sectors including, telecom and broadcast, consumer electronics and automotive transportation, among others. Its subsidiaries include Versarien Technologies Limited, which is engaged in engineering of various materials; Total Carbide Limited, which manufactures tungsten carbide parts; Dtech Limited, which is engaged in the development and supply of early-stage graphene products, and Versarien Properties Limited, which is engaged in holding licenses for rental properties.
