UK Non-Departmental Public Body Selects PROACTIS Dynamic Purchasing System

Executive Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) to implement PROACTIS Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to standardise procurement processes, increase competition among suppliers and deliver greater savings.

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, today announced a UK NDPB will implement PROACTIS DPS to standardise procurement processes, increase competition among suppliers and deliver greater savings.

The NDPB supports UK businesses to drive productivity and growth through the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

The PROACTIS DPS consists of Supplier Relationship Management, Sourcing and Contract Management and is both OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union) compliant and GCloud V Framework approved. It will provide increased flexibility and business agility to the organisation’s procurement strategy, as well as competition amongst suppliers to ensure access to the best value provider in the market at any given time. Additionally, the system will provide a user-friendly interface that reduces administration for both buyers and suppliers.

The NDPB joins over 300 public sector customers already using PROACTIS Source-to-Contract solutions to streamline, standardise and enhance all aspects of the procurement process to achieve greater savings and compliance.
