The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking Forum called for speeding up the deployment of hydrogen and fuel cells technologies

A green future

“Hydrogen is a key technology for achieving Europe’s climate and energy goals. Its potential benefits for the environment, consumers and European economy can power the transition of Europe’s energy sector towards a green future.” said Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President of the European Commission for Energy Union.

Valerie Bouillon-Delporte, Chair of the FCH JU Board, added: “As hydrogen becomes increasingly important in the energy transition, the European industry is committed to investing in green hydrogen technologies and keeping its worldwide leadership.”

PowerHouse Energy (LON:PHE) has developed a proprietary process technology called DMG® which can use waste plastic end-of-life-tyres and other waste streams to convert them into cost efficient energy in the form of electricity and ultra clean hydrogen gas fuel for use in cars and commercial vehicles (FCEV: Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles) and other industrial uses. The PowerHouse technology is the world’s first proven, modular hydrogen from waste (HfW) process.
