One of the best ways to ensure you have options, surely must be in having qualifications to fall back on. A set of IGCSEs/A levels is as important as any sporting skills. Not being in control is often a cause of mental health stress, an education can give a measure of control. The challenge of course is in balancing the demands of training and schooling.
