Pharmaceutical services company Open Orphan is hatching a plan to make Covid-19 antibody tests available to employers in Ireland.
Open Orphan subsidiary hVivo has partnered with Swiss pharma group Quotient to provide the antibody tests, which could help businesses assess the immunity of their workforces to the disease. It is launching the service in the UK next month.
The blood-drawn tests can accurately detect whether someone has developed Covid-19 antibodies.
