One in 14 Britons stockpiling toilet rolls in case of no-deal Brexit

One in 14 Britons is stockpiling supplies in case there are shortages after Brexit, according to a poll.

The survey by YouGov for the Sunday Times found that as the UK’s October 31 exit date approaches, 7% of adults are building up stores in their homes, compared with just 4% last December.

Two thirds are storing dried food such as pasta, 36% are setting aside medicines and a third are hoarding loo roll.
