Marshall Motor Holdings was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the Large category (organisations with 500+ employees) in their annual Best Workplaces ranking announced on 25 April.
Ranked 21st, this is the fourth consecutive year the company has achieved this honour and it is the eighth year in succession the company has achieved Great Place to Work status. This recognises Marshall as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture. The listing is compiled with a survey of all employees in the company and an audit into organisations’ management and HR practices.
