Marshall Motor appoints Nicky Dulieu to Board

Marshall Motor Holdings (LON:MMH), one of the UK’s leading automotive retail groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicky Dulieu as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 January 2020.

Nicky is an experienced Non-Executive Director with a wealth of retail industry experience.  Nicky trained as an accountant with Marks & Spencer Plc and undertook numerous strategic and financial roles in the company over a 23 year period, including as Finance Director of the Food Division. Nicky joined Hobbs Limited as its Finance Director in 2006 before becoming its Chief Operating Officer and subsequently Chief Executive between 2008 and 2014.

Nicky is currently a Non-Executive Director at Huntsworth Plc and Adnams Plc, chairing the Remuneration Committees at each company.  She is also the Chair of Notcutts Group Limited.
