Private equity firm Livingbridge has sold an Alderley Edge-based field service management software specialist in a move generating a gross return of 3.1x to investors.
Kirona was founded by chief executive David Murray and chief technical officer Neil Harvey in 2003 with the goal of helping field-based workers operate more efficiently.
