Gener8 provide £400k funding to firm manufacturing PPE for frontline NHS staff

Gener8 Finance, the invoice finance provider to small businesses across the UK, have supported a fashion and textile manufacturer with a £400,000 cashflow finance facility as they use the funds to manufacture essential personal protective equipment (PPE) for the NHS.

In a bid to support frontline staff as they battle against the covid-19 health crisis whilst they face a PPE shortage, the team at LS Manufacturing UK Ltd have temporarily switched their operations to focus on helping Britain’s healthcare sector. In a warehouse that normally designs and produces luxury clothing for high-street retailers, the firm has switched its operations to solely manufacturing textiles for the NHS; from non-surgical gowns and protective headwear for frontline staff, to cubicle curtains for local NHS trusts.
