Gattaca PLC Directorate Change

Gattaca PLC (LON:GATC), the UK’s leading specialist Engineering and Technology recruitment business, announced the appointment of Salar Farzad as Chief Financial Officer.

Salar, 52, will replace the current Chief Financial Officer Tony Dyer who, after 21 years with Gattaca, has decided to pursue other interests and opportunities. Tony will remain with the Company until the end of June to work closely with Salar to ensure a smooth transition, but has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Salar joins Gattaca from Zodiak Media, a television production company where he was Group Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Salar held senior financial roles at Macmillan Science and Education, 2Entertain, MTV Networks International and EMI. He qualified as an ACA with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
