BUILT environment PR and marketing specialists Cartwright Communications and RizkMcCay have been appointed by Conygar Investment Company plc which is set to develop the 40-acre former Boots Island site.
Cartwright and RizkMcCay were appointed due to their outstanding development, property and construction knowledge – as well as their expertise specifically in urban regeneration, said Christopher Ware of Conygar.
Christopher said: “We were keen to use Nottingham companies to help us create PR, branding and marketing for this significant site which is to see a major development to include grade A office space, student accommodation, much-needed residential units, creative spaces and a linear park.
“This is a longstanding scheme – it could take up to ten years to complete this large and important site – and it was vital we had city partners like Cartwright and RizkMcCay to help us on this significant journey.
“Nottingham is brimming with creative talent, and we were keen to use businesses within Nottingham which had a knowledge of the site, and the city and also understood the site’s economic importance to city growth.”
