Sold last month to former World Champion powerboat racer, Tim Ciasulli, the first Oasis 40M is now in the outfitting stage and is on track to be completed during the summer of 2020. The 40.80-metre fibreglass hull number BO101 arrived at Benetti’s Livorno shipyard for outfitting on 26 July.
The new American owner, who was represented by Merle Wood & Associates during the sale commented: “I’ve been going fast my whole life, so when it was time to build a yacht, I wanted to collaborate with a shipyard that shared the same core values that my wife and I believe in: integrity, passion and accountability!”
