If you haven’t yet registered for the Customer App or have tried to and had problems, we’ve put together this handy guide to help you. It shouldn’t take you long to register and all you need to get started is your customer ID and some personal details.
To register for the Customer App, we need to know your email address beforehand. So if you haven’t provided us with it yet, please speak with your agent or contact our Customer Services Team who will be able to update your account.
