What is the best thing about your job?
Working with a variety of people, of different genders and ages and watching them develop. I have worked with apprentice level colleagues, who have had no previous motor industry experience, start in the contact centre then progress to management roles and senior positions. Knowing that I have been a part of that journey is very rewarding.
