Jaywing adds social audiences platform with acquisition of HeadOfffice

Jaywing PLC (LON:JWNG) have today announced the acquisition of social publishing, native marketing and audience first creative agency HeadOfffice. The agency will become part of their Leeds based digital marketing business Epiphany.

HeadOfffice was founded in 2016 by former Epiphany Creative Director, Gaz Battersby and has grown quickly since.

Tom Salmon, MD of Epiphany, commented: “It’s really great to have Gaz back in the fold, both in terms of the top drawer creative skills he and his team will bring to Epiphany and the emerging opportunities in social audience creation and engagement.
