PROACTIS Holdings PLC the specialist Spend Control solution provider, was notified on 12 October 2017 that on 11 October 2017 and 12 October 2017, Rodney Potts, Non-Executive Director, purchased an aggregate of 9,162 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 163.43 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Potts holds 8,966,927 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.67 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital. Further information is set out below in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.
