Chairman and CFO of PROACTIS Holdings PLC buy more shares in the company

PROACTIS Holdings PLC LON:PHD the specialist Spend Control solution provider, was notified on 10 November 2017 that Tim Sykes, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 16,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 155 pence per Ordinary Share, Rodney Potts, Non-Executive Director, purchased 16,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 155 pence per Ordinary Share and Alan Aubrey, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 16,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 155 pence per Ordinary Share.

These Ordinary Shares were purchased, pursuant to an employee exercise of options, with the acquisition price pre-agreed of 155 pence being the prevailing price at that time.
