Accrol Group Holdings plc Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

Accrol Group Holdings plc (LON:ACRL) have today said that further to the announcement of the Preliminary Results on 10 July 2017, the Company announces that it has today posted its Annual Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2017 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to its shareholders and that copies are available on the Company’s website, www. Accrol.co.uk. The AGM of the Company will be held sooner than previously notified and will now be on 22 September at 10.00am. The venue remains as Accrol’s Head office in Blackburn.

At the AGM the final dividend of 4 pence per ordinary share will be proposed. Subject to shareholders’ approval, this dividend will be paid on 26 September 2017 to shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017. The Company’s ordinary shares will become ex-dividend on 31 August 2017 (all such dates being earlier than previously notified).
